Yo what's the hype behind controlling shyt with ya voice?

Ain't we learn with SIRI shyt's just annoying?

Turns out it takes more energy to speak than to press a button.

What's so convenient about it exactly?

I see voice controls as a negative feature, I'd personally never use.

Anyone wanna make a case for em?

Well, Siri was the beginning of the voice activated revolution
Its advanced since then, and it will continue to advance each and every day
For a game console, you are in your house so there are less noise distractions than what you'd face with a cellphone
I navigate to everything with my voice, and there are certain features you couldn't even access without your voice
For instance. If I'm in a game and I want to watch TV at the same damn time :banderas:

Will mid game, I can just say "snap TV" and now I'm watching the game, while playing a game :win:
I can snap music... I wanna game with friends? I don't have to pause the game, I can just say "snap friends" and then verbally add ppl to invite
I can record the game I'm playing without having to use my hands.. PS4 has a "share" button
But if you in a tense situation? That could be the difference of dying or missing out on a cool moment
XB1, you won't miss out, you won't die because you had to snap out of the game for a moment.
On sony nikkaz pressing buttons, but in war.. you can die in an instant.
IN sports, inches determines who wins a championship and who misses the playoffs.

I guess I just feel like talking outloud requires the same energy or more as pressing a button.

adding friends to a party without pausing seems nice, even though PS4 just suspends the game, not pause it, when you do the same thing with the ps button

I fully understood that the masses wouldn't quite "get it" until they tried it (speaking of XB1)
And even if you "try" it, you still wont "get it" until you have used it thoroughly.
Cuz on XB1 for instance, sometime I don't plug in the camera (cuz I often move the xbox between 2TV's)
And it feels like a naked experience. Totally different. You feel handicapped without it
Its not needed for every function, it only is there to assist. And in a lot of cases, its MUCH better than a button press.

I wanna watch Netflix, its "Xbox, go to netflix" and it loads instantly
Once you do that for a month, you can't go back to "Ok, go to what.. the movies tab on PS? On xbox its "games and apps" tab. You click on that, then you have to go to apps, then you have to look thru all the different apps you have downloaded
I guess its the fact you can do so many things on XB1, and you can do two things at once
So the voice controls is a MUST if you want convenience.

:camby:not my fault your hand eye coordination :flabbynsick: . That would explain your ST L's though :smugbiden:
No, my hand eye coordination is better than yours bruh. I'm not concerned about that.
I whooped your ass in Street Fighter before, recognize the real :umad:
With that said, its impossible and ignorant for you to even say such a thing :heh:
Look bruh, you don't even have a next gen system. How do you know how things work til you try it?
The XB1, the voice controls? NO the fukk you cannot do it faster with your hands
When you turn your last gen console on... is the first thing you see the dashboard or is it on the netflix tab already?
You don't just press a button, you have to find the program, get to it, push the button.
If you was in a game already, you'd have to exit out the game. wait for the dash to load, then do the previous steps.
With voice controls. Right from the game, you say "Go to netflix" and now Netflix is loading up

Since you haven't experienced next gen systems yet. You "think" you know what you are talking about
And you look dumb as shyt, talking about things you know nothing about
Real talk, every person who has tried out an xbox is reading what you wrote and going :snoop:
Like, some people just refuse to advance with technology.
But to NOT do it because of a console preference? :mjlol:

Not a fan of voice controls myself. The only thing I really use voice controls for is when I have my Tones paired to my Note 3 to control music. Didn't really find them useful in Tomb Raider or 2k14

Dear King Sun,

I hope that one day you can experience the awesomeness that is the Xbox one.
Yourself and other starving 3cepts have been talking about Xbox coming without kinect since before the XB1 dropped
You sir, are a moron. You are a moron because you refuse to understand the reasons for Kinect
You'd rather blind ride for a rival gaming company than to understand what is going on
You are not equipped to knock because you are not knowledgeable of what you hate on
You couldn't "comfortably" use the XB1 without kinect. The whole point of what XB1 is about is not possible without kinect
The entire system UI/etc is built around this feature.
So I'm sorry that "experts" and other ignorant people such as yourself (on this topic) keep thinking otherwise
But if you actually had an XB1, and used it for a few days? You'd realize why there will never be a kinectless XB1
Its not impossible to make a system without kinect. It just wouldn't make sense to.
And you are not in a position to say differently. Get on Killer Instinct, use Kinect, then talk all this bullshyt
Man to man, you would LOVE it. I know the type of games you like bruh :manny:
