I would say it was worth it. I saved up 40k from that deployment (BAH helped me make that much). Tax free as an E5 as well. So now I got 90k in the bank and my only expense is my phone bill since my car is paid off. Plus I get out in 4 months. The military is only a good option if you ick the right job.

My ship is stationed out of Coronado but I'm trying to get an apartment in Chula Vista. I'm in downtown SD right now though, so many crackheads pout here .

Breh, everyone was like "fuk we about to go back to the middle east " after we just left that area. Thankfully nothing happened.
