just because you have a feature on a big time single, it doesnt mean that youre relevant. e-40 hasnt been relevant in years. and even when he was, he wasnt big.
heavy d came out in '87 and dropped "big daddy" in '97, which was bigger than any song e-40 has ever dropped. he was relevant on a large scale thru the 4 most competitive eras of hip-hop.
and lets be reality, even if e-40 was relevant now, it wouldnt mean anything. "relevance" and longevity thru the past 10 years of hip-hop holds no weight in all-time convos. the game is too political now.
