The war got so hot at one point that threads were flopping because nikkas in rep crews were scared to type

what's funny is that Char and I never negged one another.

it worked different on SOHH.
the more rep you had, the more you could give or take.
the max rep was around 250,000 i think do to the programming in the board's software.
here on the Coli, you can only give or take 10pts at a time.
on SOHH you could straight up end someone's rep career with one neg if you were high enough.
imagine knocking someone down 20,000 points with one neg...
it' was stupid but it was crazy fun running with a 4 man clique and taking down the whole board...twice.
now it's much more leveled and i think it's better this way.

The early rep wars here worked the same way.
It was only after rep was turned off in the bloody aftermaths did we get our modern 10 points at a time rep system.

rep wars done tore SOHH apart twice.
i came out on top both times but even i don't think fukking with the rep system now is a good idea.
if the focus becomes rep then it is just a war rather than random convos that may just happen to end with a neg.
