I actually like Da Brat. I found that vote tricky, almost voted for Da Brat. But I haven't heard enough of her work to vote for her over Too Short. But what I've personally heard I liked... But you have to vote for someone in this regardless of knowledge, but my knowledge isn't complete there.

Although in fairness, Bizzy Bone going platinum is basically the same as Prodigy going Gold...given that Bone was far more commercially successful at their peak. And wasn't Krayzie's album a double? Did he go real platinum? Or gold/double album platinum? The point is...if we're gonna say no one cared about Prodigy's solo career...did anyone really care about Bone's?

I agree Prodigy should be on the list, as should AZ and plenty of others. But it's Wacky's tournament so I'm not mad who he decides on, I guess sometimes it's good to have some omissions as can make it more interesting. There's plenty of rappers it would have been cool to see on the list, all good though. No biggie.
Lol, Prodigy going gold isn't the same as Bizzy and Krazyie going platinum lmao. As 1 is gold and 1 is platinum lol... there's a significant difference lol. Also, how many gold albums did Prodigy have? Bizzy has many that are gold or better. Even not that long ago he had a charting solo project. People did care about Bizzy's solo career 100 percent, I think you underestimate Bizzy's fan base because you yourself aren't a huge fan of him or Bone, but Bizzy had a pretty sizeable fan base, I do hear his albums talked about more than Prodigy from my own experience. However, as I said, I like some of P's solo work and I would have him on the list, I'm a big fan of Prodigy and Bizzy. Was just saying you can't say Bone solo's are irrelevant/no-cares when in comparison to Prodigy. I'm in the section that does care about Prodigy's solos, I still check for his solo work, as I do Bizzy's but that statement just doesn't hold up under scrutiny lol.
I picked Short but as I said, about that choice my knowledge is limited as I haven't heard all of Da Brat's work, but what I heard has been very dope, so I could well be wrong for picking Short, or right, I don't know... but Da Brat has some really dope shyt I fukk with, and I fukk with Short too. I'm not even really qualified to pick, but in this tournament you have to so had to make a choice, I've probably heard every Too Short project so that's 1 of the reasons I picked him cause have a deeper knowledge of his work than Da Brat, but I respect Da Brat and am happy to admit it could be an erroneous choice, will know when I've heard all of Da Brat's work...

meanwhile, brat made history being the 1st female rapper to go platinum. she also outshined supposed goats. she outshined biggie on a track, spit over the south bronx instrumental better than KRS could, and outshined krayzie bone in actual double-time form(what some people like to pretend that biggie did) and she did it on numerous records. timbaland did beats for all those east coast dudes and none of em killed a timbo beat like da brat.
i could go on.
