Went to vote around 9:30 before heading to work. Voted mostly D, except for state assemblyman (the lower house in the NY State legislature) which I left blank because the incumbent candidate is trash IMO

the black cat is my crown...
voted around 7:30am.... there was a heavy turnout... i've never voted this early so i don't know if this is unusually heavy or normal... but turnout was definitely heavy.... mi didn't allow straight party voting this time around so i had to vote individually for every d on the ballot... i especially wanted a dem secretary of state....

there were also three ballot initiatives that i voted yes for:
automatic voter registration/same day voter registration -- even on election day
non-partisan redistricting committee
and *drumroll* yes to mary j wanna legalization....

I don't think I have ever voted on election day in mid terms and presidential years (the 3 times I voted on election day were Primaries) I normally early vote 2 weeks ahead and did the same this time
In Pennsylvania they’re trying to re-elect a Democratic governor. This means they will have Tom Wolfe for the 2020 census, and not the clown Tom Corbett.

I am more than willing to move back to Pennsylvania but they’re a lot of things I need to see happen.
