BTW.. I think it is obvious that Vybz Kartel is going to be free.. i can't see them trying this case again..

Unsurprisingly the Director of Public Prosecutions has confirmed that they will be seeking a retrial, when the case is back before the court for appeal.

As I said in the other thread, I fukk with Kartel heavy but let's be honest... dude belongs in jail. He clearly murdered or had that dude murdered plus others

There’s several outcomes from here by either way Kartels far from off the hook.
1. Retrial is accepted by court of appeal - could take years to be even get to trial…Judging by the past and he’s unlikely to get bail in the meantime.
2. Court of appeal reject DPP request for retrial and Kartel and Co let free…
Walking tight rope for rest of his life, they gonna be out to get him and Kartels dumb ass still gonna have his hand in badness.

3. Retrial rejected but in the background DPP and co steadily building another Murder or similar case based on other killings he’s been involved in during his time behind bars or even before.
