Crack dealers have hurt the community wayyyy more than gangbangers
Drug dealers hurt the community but atleast serve a purpose in providing for their families and friends families, take care of street issues in the community, get old people approval so they don’t snitch on them. They could always get out of jail and conform to a line of business.
Gang bangers do nothing but fight and cause havoc for no reason, they don’t even have a hustle. Just living with no skills at all.

And beyond that there is overlap. Gangbangers sold drugs. Drug dealers were in, affiliated with, and/or did business with gangs.
