@Ineedmoney504 @NO-BadAzz and any other New Orleans posters, what are people think about BG at home? This matters to me more than what people not from there like Wack and the Texas nikkas on call think...

There was never really a "no snitching" era. Maybe there was a time there was more risk of consequence behind it but even in that time there was never no snitching...

I'll never forget when I was in my early 20s, I had a conversation with my mom, I was less than a year out of prison. And in prison I was with all these old dudes who glorified their 90s, 80s, 70s era. And I was in my zone, so this is around 2010, and I remember chopping it up with my mom about some of these conversations with older guys...

My mom (who is now 57 years old, she woulda been around 44 when we had this convo) is second-generation from a widely known area called Oak Park, and she has a name herself, and she said, I'm paraphrasing: "man all them nikkas gassing the 80s lying. nikkas back then were snitching, nikkas back then were back-dooring they homies, nikkas were fakkits getting topped off by punks behind the laundromat then coming around acting like they were good. Alota the old ass nikkas talking were into some bullshyt, don't buy the hype these nikkas selling, I was there"...

I'll never forget this conversation, I was around 21 and wasn't as knowledgeable or seasoned as I am now. And you know what? Moms was right...

I would say even in my time outside there was more consequence behind a lot of stuff, but it wasnt a "no snitching" era. There was always guys who could get away with it!

This is the issue. Why is this white boy running around unchecked, who does he know?

BG been a national name since I was a pre-teen. I'd always heard that none of the four Hot Boy rappers were true livewires, but that BG and Turk were in the streets a bit. I ain't connected there so how true this is, I can't personally say. Like I could personally say nikkas like DaBaby and Mozzy weren't front line street dudes, I ain't involved in New Orleans at all to make this claim. But I can say I also heard BG was probably the most street respected of the Hot Boys because he was outside, in contrast to Wayne and Juve who were only associate types...

I've been saying it for years, ever since this board started saying "man all these rappers today are in the streets"....

No, rap is bigger than it ever was, the access to hearing rappers from all over the country is bigger than it ever was, but there is still only a minimum of rappers who were legit street cats. Most if these nikkas, as was always the case, are street-adjacent, they affiliates, they associates. Majority of these guys were never full-time outside, or had a name that mattered, these nikkas go online and flick up money sleeves and guns and rap the talk and nikkas think "man these new nikkas are with it"...

If all these nikkas were gangstas every city's homicide rate would be multiple times higher than what it is. If all these nikkas were hood rich before rap 95% of would never be rapping. I'm gonna tell you something I know, from nikkas I know who were fronting other guy's rap movements, alot of these nikkas be flexing with a)their RAP money or b)the guys behind the scenes' money, when they posting these bills on socials, in most of these cases these nikkas are not posting they own money from coming off the block....

It's even been told that nikkas have dummy bills, counterfeit money they be flexing. Rap has always been an image thing, it pays the bills to paint the image that all your money came from the trenches...

And alota these nikkas are a)flicking up with other nikkas poles or b)nikkas be waving round blammies but aren't shooters, because yes----->the streets have ALWAYS had nikkas outside who had guns, but were not shooters. It pays the bills to paint the image that you're a grave digger...

Half these nikkas histories of "beefs" started from online on social media, rather than being outside and running into situations with nikkas in traffic. I never once, not one time, ever had an issue with nikkas that began online. Ever, but a bunch of these new rappers got in a situation or few that started online, and nikkas gas it like some "street shyt"...

No nikka, that's some "digital shyt" 🤣...

Because there are more rappers today, there are more guys in general who were actually street dudes, in volume. That's easy math, more people, more street rappers, but I agree with you, it's not some substantially larger ratio/percentage of nikkas who are "street". These nikkas are STILL, most of em, friends to the nikkas who were really doing dirt, or part-time nikkas who were never doing anything noteworthy themselves. There's exceptions to every rule in life, some of these modern rappers were really from that cut, but it's not "most" and it's not even close to "most"...

My bad on the early morning rant, I'm back in Sacramento and it's going on 7 here 🤣 my body still adjusting ti the time change, but any conversations about the validity of street rappers always gets me. Alot of us were really outside at a point in time, I can tell nikkas who pump faking and nikkas who were really outside. I can definitely tell when I'm in the same room with nikkas...
Rep. Lot of this needed to be said

A lot of nikkas are either to wrapped up in street nikka fantasies to believe the truth or just don't know any better

Nikkas snitch all the time in hoods all over the place

The majority of them nikkas snitch and go right back to the same hood and drive a forklift somewhere. They might lose a few of their old street ties, but the idea that snitches face street consequences is mostly fantasy. Even wilder is some nikkas tell, are known to have told, and come right back to the same hood running nikkas that call them a rat in whispers while still dealing with them

The idea of a no snitching era is all romantic. Even Lucky Luciano told on nikkas:mjlol: and this was before he created The Commision:mjlol:

To your question of why has nobody checked this white boy, I asked you when has any white boy been checked for anything? Its more fantasy shyt black folks stuck on. White boys come in hip hop all the time, posting up and feasting. Outside of a few angry tweets and videos who's been checked? Vlad? Adam22? any of these shiesty label heads?. That street shyt only has a real effect on people that live around it but them same unchecked white boys rob and exploit them street nikkas everyday with no consequences. So nothing will happen to that 1090 white boy because nothing ever does:manny:

Your mama did you a service telling how a lot of this fantasized shyt really goes

He had a tax lien put on his house last year

What 100 mill nikka is doing Vlad interviews? And constantly on clubhouse arguing?
Oh I'm not familiar with that, but which house? One of his or one of his artists? Either way the rich play the game differently.

He do those vlad interviews and clubhouse because he's found a niche. He's mastered social media which makes him even more money.

:mjlol: You nikkas so out of date , he basically would sign to a label to tour and for merchandise, low risk , high reward type of shyt , who still buy music

Let me simplify if for you. BG doing 300 people clubs is also not paying any management or label. He’s almost a 50 year old rap artist.
