Saddest thing is that it's happened to plenty others. WWE could be rich with heels right now but they always been shyt on at the hands of Cena. If you even look at the people who have defeated him the title in the past two years have any of them been a true heel?
In retrospect how many times had the WWE tried to bury Daniel Bryan and was unsuccessful?
*Had Michael Cole and Miz of all people constantly berate him saying he ain't shyt
*Fired for that tie incident
*Won MITB but had him on a losing streak
*That Sheamus Wrestlemania 18 second match debacle
*Thrown him in a ramdom ass tag team with Kane on some stupid Charlie Sheen storyline
*Let him win the WWE Title twice only to immediately strip him of the belt both times in some kind of way

The booking of Nexus started out so damn well, even Justin Gabriel looked strong in his Raw matches..took Edge 2 spears to beat a mid carder....John Cena had to do the AA off the top rope to keep Gabriel down..

that was on Raw, he tossed ziggler over the top rope and it broke Barretts arm...Not sure if anyone else got injured in that melee but it wouldn't surprise me

It was prolly my favorite feud at the time. Barrett/Orton.
