That same players association allowed max salaries to be instituted and bird rights to be limited which are the biggest culprits for all of this.

This and like others have said before how would the players association take that a star taking that big of a pay cut. Wouldn't that hurt the money of other players and don't think that's what the PA wants but maybe me and others could be wrong. That's why I don't think dude going to Chicago either unless its a S&T or they clear more cap room
