Dude is done. He's been in the league for 9 years and he's already flabby and sick and Kobe been in the league 16 and he's still going strong and was leading the league in ppg until he let Durant take it.

Dwyane Wade's counting numbers were down last season, but he still had a better eFG%, TS%, and PER than Kobe. Per minute he was still elite but his numebrs dipped because he played less minutes. To make matters worse you brag about Bryant's scoring average when he led the league in attemps to get there and shot 43%.

It's an exaggeration to say Wade is done.

best defensive sg gets lit up by kobe every game :heh:

best defensive sg is never first team all defense but Kobe is :heh:

All Defensive teams aren't that credible. They didn't even put Andre Iguodala on the team.

I'll give Bryant the edge as a man defender, but Wade is the most disruptive SG in the league.

Kobe dropped 30/7/6/2 and shot 45% in 02-03 with Shaq clogging the middle. Let's not act like Kobe didn't put up numbers breh.

The difference is efficiency. Bryant shot 45% in 2003, which is his career mark.

Wade has a better career PER, TS%, eFG% and FG%. To go with the same averages. Make of that what you will

And what exactly did Wade do this year? Ride Bron's coattails. Even in 2000 Kobe contributed more to that ring, than Wade contributed this year.

Kobe 2009 ring>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Wade's 2012 ring
Kobe 2010 ring>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Wade's 2012 ring
Kobe 2001 ring>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Wade's 2012 ring
Kobe 2002 ring>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Wade's 2012 ring
Kobe 2000 ring> Wade's 2012 ring

Dwyane Wade 2012 playoffs: 23 PPG, 5 RPG, 4 APG, 46% FG, 22 PER, 52.6 TS%, 47.4 eFG%.

Kobe Bryant 200 playoffs: 21 ppg, 4 RPG, 4 APG, 44%, 19 PER, 51.7 TS%, 47 eFG%.

Please attempt to show objectivity and do your research. Your reaching by calling Bryant's 2000 title run better than Wade's.

The truth was Wade was banged up this playoffs and played under his averages, but he was still pretty damn good.

Not to mention his 2006 playoff run was probably better than any Bryant, although Bryant's 2009 run was close. Wade's 2006 finals still shyts on any finals Kobe has though.

Breh, he said Kobe didn't put up numbers. I showed that he did. That's all. Save the trigonometry for people who over analyze for nothing.

I didn't see anyone say Kobe didn't put up numbers. Post the quote.

And don't knock what you don't understand. The 'trigonometry' is valid.

Why would you bother explaining efficiency to a Kobe stan? He's a Kobe stan! Obviously efficiency isn't important to him.

Basically, Wade can get his, sit down and Kobe would have to play 5 more minutes just to match his production.

But they don't seem to comprehend things like that.

Go to the 10 post, the one you dapped. Not knocking it, it just wasn't part of the topic. The original post didn't ask for PER and all of those nonsensical stats. But hey whatever makes you feel better. :ehh:

Yes, it seems to be a challenge to introduce the basic concept that efficiency is a big deal.

He didn't say Kobe didn't put up numbers though. You reached. He simply said that Wade's 09 season was Jordan esque, and it was. He had a fukking PER of 30.

It's the best season, statistically, a SG has ever had since Jordan. Kobe has a few seasons with comparable averages, but none with that level of efficiency.

And that was my point, he said show another SG who put up Jordan numbers, like there wasnt anyone elae but Wade who did. Thank you. Comparable is the key word. Now if you wanna talk PER and effeciency then that's another story. Kobe HAS put up Jordan numbers, he just wasn't as efficient as Jordan......who's arguing that?

um listen I'm so tired of the melo talk. Howard is 4 or 5 even though his ass will probably be on the bench. melo
is no longer in the conversation until he gets to the second round. I'm a new Yorker, and personally think the dude is a slacker. Scoring at will means nothing if you can't play team ball. I don't understand the accolades this guy gets. he's basically Tracy McGrady.

I'm ok with your saying that, I just assumed efficiency was a part of the conversation since it's more about HOW you get your numbers than WHAT numebrs you have. I think efficiency should always accompany the counting digits to put them in context.

But Yea Kobe and Wade are the best SG since Jord.
