Melo isnt anywhere near the caliber defender of LeBron so of course you cant envision it. Personally I dont like seeing LeBron on the likes of Parker, Rose, not because he cant guard them but because it doesnt make sense having a 6'9 guy squat down wasting energy guarding 6'3 and under point guards. But its his call, he asks for the defensive assignments in the 4th quarter. I guess when you the best player in the game thats what you do.
Since the Riley years Wade has made it clear that he cant and doesnt want to guard PGs especially small speeedye PGs. Thats why he insisted Riley get a PG so he doesnt have to play PG.
Remember Wade was Originallydrafted to be a PG for the Heat in the NBA and played PG his first 2 years

Bron is the better overall defender and creates more problems for Rose when he is guarding him. The only thing that gets me about Bron is he seems to relish guarding cats like Rose Durant etc. in the 4th but it seems like he shies away from guarding Kobe the majority of the time when they play each other. Not trying to start a debate or anything it's just something that I have noticed.

Exactly. If I live in Sacramento and I had to decide between going out with friends to a bar or a Kings game 9/10 I'm taking the bar. not cause im a fake fan, cause i'm investing my money into something better. And when the kings got good i would go, but that wouldn't make me any less of a fan.

I have a terrible memory when it comes to sports, but I think that guy had a decent midrange shot, decent touch around the hoop, and he was decent on the boards. Joel is a great screener and shotblocker though. Plus he gets those weird little hustle offensive boards with his long ass arms, but yeah, offensively it's like he has two prosthetic arms with how horrible his touch is.
However, I do remember when we used to play Orlando and Spoelstra would put in Mark "Big Smoke" Blount to draw Fright C00n out of the paint. That dude was like 6'11" and played like he was a 6'1" guard always settling for midrange jumpers
