Wade, using golf analogy, is saying LeBron is ON PAR with Jordan, but at different holes on the course (different points in career). Jordan is on the 18th hole (career done), LeBron is on 4th (career still in progress) .....but LeBron is on the same level. He's sying he's not psychic and that it remains to be seen if LeBron's career will turn out as good as Mike's.

Kobe's name came up as an example that Kobe and Mike both had good years in their 30's, so LeBron could also have good years in his 30's, meaning he's got more time to accomplish things Mike did. (i.e. he's only on the 4th hole, early in his potential rise to greatness.)

The article made it a point to mention that LeBron and Jordan won their first titles at the same age.

Mickleson's in the clubhouse sitting on -5, Tiger's on the 5th hole at -5. Remains to be seen who wins the tournament. Mickleson=MJ, Tiger=LeBron

If Lebron can stay healthy another 8 years and win at least 5 more championships then I see him passing Jordan........but man that would be quite the undertaking.

I don't see wade's comments as negative though. Imagine if the paper asked Wade if Lebron will meet or surpass Jordan's legacy and Wade replied "no" or "no comment"....that would have been highly disrespectful to his teammate. Wade answered appropriately not tarnishing Jordan's legacy and leaving it open that it's quite possible for Lebron to achieve such greatness.

Wade always came across as bitter and a'hole-ish to me. It comes out in his games when he starts wilding out if things aren't going his way.

What he's saying here is basically true but you can sense the bytch in him all the same. I'm not even a fan of Bron but on D. Wade as a human being.

I'm not getting whats so wrong with what he said. Pretty much everyone who watches basketball can agree that:

1. LeBron has all the talent necessary to be the GOAT
2. He does not have Jordan's resume and thus there is not yet a comparison
