they say its cheaper to keep her, but if STD was smart, throw a good chunk of earnings in things that generate income and that $25k, even though it aint shyt, will be even less to worry about.

I understand how alimony works and whatnot but it is still messed up. Say he was married to her for five years. Then he should only be responsible for alimony for five years and then be free of her. Especially since he gave her a million as a lump sum payment and seeing as he has custody of seeds. So the 25,000 she got is not considered living and travel expenses. He actually got to pay her another 10,000 extra too. That's some bull. He fell in love with her and saved her from a mundane lifestyle and because he finds out she is crazy he has to pay the rest of his life for her. Where is the fairness in that?

NO judge awards “sole care and custody” of the children to the husband unless there is CONCLUSIVE evidence of “unfitness” on the part of the mother, period point blank. That’s standard fare in damn near every family court jurisdiction in America.

The judge himself questioned that fitness in his 102-page opinion on the custody trial:

Not only that but she spread the rumor about him having the luggage (herpes) in an attempt to defame him, AND she lied and said that he abused his kids in an effort to cast a negative light on him during the pendency of their custody battle.

So even if we ASSUME that he cheated, how do we know that SHE isn’t the one who drove HIM to another person’s arms?

But, as has been said in here previously, the evidence suggests that SHE was the one who cheated first.
