Why are so many people making this an issue about white acceptance? Nobody gives a fukk about white people or their acceptance. It's my goddamned right to be able to go into a public place and be served just like every other paying customer. Starbucks here in Philly, Waffle House in Pinson, AL, white people are literally trying to bring Jim Crow era practices back nation-wide and because we would choose to demand our most basic rights as a black people, as human beings, that's somehow seeking white acceptance? I don't get it.
I hope you aren't comparing this to a water fountain or a bathroom, or a gas station.

Personally I wouldn't want to be anywhere I'm not welcome, but I'll let you cats cook.

Of course it has those demographics, most blacks were relegated to Birmingham and Bessemer. I would appreciate if you stop posting demographics of these cities like Pinson and Saraland and do a little more deeper research and see that these are suburban sundown towns.

For instance, damn near every town in New England is 95% white. Stop using demographics like it’s a barometer to determine a places degree of racism.
Idgaf if the place is 100% white that does not mean I should tolerate having my civil rights violated

:ehh:

It’s more nikkas in Pinson than that.... it’s probably like 25 to 27 percent. A lot of young blacks moved out that way when Pinson started developing new sub divisions about 7 years ago.... coupled with th fact it’s right by center poinr, plenty of nikkas be in and out of Pinson, but I don’t even consider Pinson a real city like that

Seems simple to me, don't go to that Waffle House or any waffle house if corporate doesn't fire everyone at that store.
Simple as that.

This need to fight for the "right" to give people who don't like you, your hard earned money is a sign of a diseased mind.

Waffle House is disgusting... It ain’t worth all of this lol. Lot of suspected racists hang out at walled house.. I can only imagine a Waffle House in some small town in Alabama is racist.

I'm trying to find a good way to responds, because now ya'll getting combative like we fighting or something.

Breh, you know I know all of that.

Rosewood, Tulsa, etc. That's widely known history. What does any of that change in what I posted?

Read your link--they were destroyed.

Now, I gonna deal with you calling me a "c00n" because I'm gonna say the problem is we didn't have the same protections from the gov't to protect our towns.

The isolation always made us easy to attack and exploit. Again, there's a reason we keep going to the past and there aren't "thriving," now. This is why we aren't demanding more banks and less check cashing places in our communities.

It's crazy; we live in a country, are bound by their laws, pay taxes and we have to feel like we're begging because we feel we should get something in exchange for all that.

Breh, I bough your book, you market on Instagram, off Amazon.

Two white owned companies :mindblown:that doesn't make you any less of a black man.

Should Facebook, Instagram and Twitter just close every black person's account because "we shouldn't be depending on white people, anyway. Let's all go to Blackspot" (no shots at Blackspot, also)??

Your internet is prolly Time Warner's, AT&T, Sprint, etc. infrastructure.

You're not a bad person for that.

All this "Black Oasis" stuff got us ignoring real world problems so we can fantasize about what was and what might be.

I'm all for it, actually. But, it's gotta start with recognizing where we are right now, before we get there.

I love my people and what to be around us (that's why I bought your and other black artists' stuff), but, we've got work to do, first.

I feel you I just think there needs to be a resurgence with us having black owned companies and restaurants....Trump is setting the table for america to go back to that again it's evident we do it now...

We need a solid game plan and a green book... :ld: because the white infrastructure doesn't care about us as much as they plead for our dollars and get mad about when we call them racists and bigots, we have to treat them that way... the same way the jews treat them and the asians treat them... we need to do the same.
