It's almost like it's not really a Waffle house unless you see yellow tape around iti'm from california
i have been to waffle house though and it delivered on all fronts of fukkery and what i was expecting.

Never been to waffle house and even tho i moved to vegas from nc a year ago i don't remember cookout as being a ratchet spot.
I don't really know what to compare it to. It's always busy because its open 24 hrs. Popular too because the food is good they like sell Burgers and different kinds of milkshakes. I've heard people compare it to Sonics and In and out Burger tho
I never heard of cookout but waffle house sucks. Or at least the one around here. Maybe the ones in Atlanta got that authentic food and maybe I just went late night when it was slow and not good cook but it was nothing special. I'll have to try the Atlanta ones since they get high praise.
You should try Cookout too when you go to Atlanta. I think the franchise originated there
