I was gonna flex for NYC with pics but then I thought about what part of NYC's skyline should I show? Lower Manhattan's financial district? Or perhaps Midtown? Billionaires Row? Or should I take it out of Manhattan and showcase Downtown BK? Yo, I'll keep it super funky and say that Co-op City in the Bronx could step to Miami...

When a hurricane above category 3 eventually directly hits Miami and you bought a condo in one of those highrises downtown:huhldup:
Flooding at the ground level from storm surges is one thing but those buildings per building codes and zoning must be able to withstand category 5 hurricanes.

Brickell floods after 2o minute afternoon thunderstorms during the summer. Cut it out man. A hurricane 3 or above would wreck Miami and all those pretty lil building they keep putting up right next to the ocean

You're under the impression that Miami is a world class city the same as New York or London or Chicago.
