Obviously, CACs since day 1 are gonna lie and twist shyt, about him not being a racist, but any sane-minded Black person who's not a House Negro, or any non-Black, and non-White person who's not a whitewashed fool in general can see who he truly is underneath the surface.
However, there have been some Black people since 2016 who for whatever reason did not think Trump was racist or at the very least his past of racial transgressions dating back to the 70s was being “exaggerated” for political reasons, despite the hard evidence that he thinks lowly of Black people. I assume these specific types of Black folks were closeted MAGA/Trump supporters and/or sympathizers.
Black Conservatives tend to put the subject of race on the back burner in favor of Nationalism, y'know the whole loud and boisterous flag-chanting about how much of an “American” they are, kinda like how some posters on here who spend every day going on tirades about how much of a “super duper” American they are, nevermind being Black, they're just outrageously and hysterically ecstatic to be an American to prove to their White Conservative contemporaries that they're fully down with the movement/ideology.
Some on here felt the same way, and oddly still feel that way despite his recent racist action towards the Obama family, although a few of 'em may have been/are cosplaying CACs in digital blackface.
