Oh, well you're riding very hard for a team you have no affiliation to.

They were the worst 15-1 team ever, the Giants showed you that

I recognize Rodgers breh. He's that good IMO. Giants also beat your Niners and the Patriots. That was an incredible run by the GIants and Elisha.

Packers starting to coast in that delusional self-denial territory.

“We beat ourselves. They really didn’t beat us,” Bush said, via Mike Woods of the Green Bay Press-Gazette. “We just have to hunker down and make sure we’re gap sound and get on the same page. Obviously, small things being miscommunicated on the field become big things, so they exploited us and that’s what happened.” - Jarret Bush

If you don't recall, according to Clay Matthews the Giants didn't beat the Packers either

nikkas need to stop with the 4th qtr "Rudy" shyt. It's one thing in basketball where one guy can literally take over a game but in football where you got 3 phases, two of which the qb is not involved in and you are dependant on your line to block, recievers to get open and catch the ball and hold on to it so it's just dumb. 4th qtr comebacks are moreso about defense stopping the other team thus making a comeback possible and fortune than the qbs clutch. If you don't have a good run D, your chances of a fourth qtr comeback are severly diminished.

I love these contrived espn type stats..The guys teams averages probably in the 30's or near it with him as a qb yet because his D sucks and he doesnt score on the last drive but might of put his team ahead in the prior drive but the d gave it up hes not clutch..

You get more praise today asa qb for being fuking awful for 50 something minutes and scoring on the last drive to put your team up 13-10 then scoring in the 30's but losing

You can make this argument for any QB. In fact look at the numbers below.

facts said:
A refresher in case you forgot your Captain Comeback terminology: a fourth-quarter comeback opportunity is when an offense has possession of the ball in the fourth quarter, trailing by 1-8 points (one score).

And Rodgers falls far short of most of his contemporaries. Consider Giants QB Eli Manning and Cowboys QB Tony Romo.
Manning, who knocked the 15-1 Packers out of the playoffs last season, is 21-22 (.488) in fourth-quarter comeback opportunities.
Romo, who is widely perceived as a huge choker, is 13-20 (.394) in fourth-quarter comeback opportuntiies.

facts said:
A “lost comeback” is a game where the quarterback met every requirement for a fourth-quarter comeback win except for getting the actual win.

Rodgers has four lost comebacks.

Peyton Manning (7), Tom Brady (2), Dan Marino (7), Brett Favre (9), and John Elway (8).

He's not the only guy to get a lead and have it lost. To be even more fair to A-Rod, I'm pretty sure there are 3 missed FGs by Crosby in there. But the same can be said for many other guys. Now, like I said last year, it doesn't mean that he's not a great 4th quarter QB or can't be (I mean this dude put up 45 to the Cardinals in the playoffs and still lost), but there's just no history for it.

Under McCarthy-Rodgers, the Packers just don't win close games. There was no reason to believe that they would pull it out against the 49ers once they got behind. He's not the first guy to play with a horrible defense the other tier 0 guys have all had their share of those but didn't lose to that extent. It may just straight up be bad luck.

With that said, the Packers defense is just as bad as last year, I mean at least Bellicheck drafted some young studs, who the fukk did Green Bay draft? :scusthov:

TBH, there's really no such thing as a clutch QB, with the exception of Eli, I bet if you quantified the numbers, a QBs numbers wouldn't different that much in "clutch" situations as it does from other situations.

With all that said that stat of +/-7 isn't all that helpful it it includes bunch of games where the Packers actually had the lead as opposed to trailing.

But again, it's stupid for a couple of series to negate an entire game. :manny:

This "4th quarter magic" stuff is Elway's fault.

Nah Staubach was king of that also..but its two diffferent animals those are both great qb's who were also amazingly clutch at times its now morphed into shytty qb's having one good drive a game getting credit
