thats a interesting video, mine impacted teeth were cut into 2 to remove them

They usually do that with someone with some serious bone density. It's done that way to prevent from damaging the mandible.

I remember getting my 3rd molars extracted and I couldn't even go to the gas Chamber with the rest of the guys I was deploying with.

3rd molar extractions are tricky. I wonder if the Doc possibly hit his mandible. That alone could cause some deep bruising.

Bone has no nerves or vessels so thats impossible
