Its not he's just having the wisdom tooth pulled. Its impacected meaning they had to cut through the gum to take it out. Sometimes if not done right or too agressive, you can break the persons jaw. I remember the dentist telling me this when i had mine taken out last year. Sometimes peoples jaws get broken, fractured when pulling wisdom teeth. Rare but it happens.
Your teeth are connected to the bone in your jaw. He has a hairline fracture in the base of his jaw.

That shyt is very very very rare though breh.. Impacted wisdom teeth is child's play to most dentist. Remember most dentist have seen everything you can think of. I went with my impacted cracked wisdom teeth and asked the dentist before she started, "ya'll gonna be able to get this?" she was like "this is dentistry 101 breh". These dudes is doing cosmetic dental surgeries now. and rarely are they slicing gums unless you waited 8 years to go see the dentist or some shyt. I think Jennings got his jaw rocked by Game's people like everybody is saying

Breh, impacted means its trapped in the jawbone that shyt prolly hurt like hell if it was deep enough getting my wisdoms out was terrible cuz of how impacted they were. Thank God for Percocet and hash butter or I woulda lost my mind from all the blood and pain, I can't imagine elite physical activity would be wise.

Well mine was growing into my jawbone. There are different degrees, if its coming in completely horizontal then they gotta cut deep as shyt. His shyt coulda been close to the bone which makes the shyt worse.

I remember getting my 3rd molars extracted and I couldn't even go to the gas Chamber with the rest of the guys I was deploying with.

3rd molar extractions are tricky. I wonder if the Doc possibly hit his mandible. That alone could cause some deep bruising.
