It was used against R. Kelly, but not used against former NY Governor Eliot Spitzer.
Changing the word"prostitution" into "trafficking" has really changed things. I remember a few years ago asking people what "trafficking" is and all i got was a bunch of vague juelzing. It's like its intentionally vague.

Because if a chick you meet on bumble drives states lines to get some immoral pipe is that also trafficking?
Couldn't you theoretically dodge that by making them pay for their own flight and way there?

This is interesting. I always thought "trafficking" was transporting someone against their will. Classifying the thread title as human trafficking creates a slippery slope when it could just be called prostitution.
