I'm gonna watch regardless since I have the Network....BUT I just can't believe this company is operating like this.

This Mondays RAW better be the greatest and most eventful RAW in years b/c they have a hell of a lot of work to do to build & sell a MAIN EVENT fight between two guys who have barely been on TV at all since the last PPV.

I was under the impression SS was in a couple of weeks since the build-ups are so weak right now and I hadnt checked the date. Where's the emotional connection to make new people want to watch this? Other than Cena/Brock, Steph/Brie, Amrbose/Seth? What else is there?

They're thinking Cena vs Lesnar sells itself but I think this logic will backfire on them. We haven't really seen what, if any effect Brock ending the streak has done for his character.

Cena vs Lesnar will be epic. But the build could have been better.

You mean the main event for Summerslam isn't Steph vs. Brie? :what: Could have fooled me with these last two weeks of build up on RAW.:pachaha:

But in all seriousness, I'm actually kind of hyped for that match. :manny: Sue me.

And not for nothing A Lot has been built into this

Jericho/Wyatt
Aj/Paige
Lesnar/Cena
Rollins/Ambrose
Brie/Steph
Ziggler/Miz
Reigns/Orton
Swagger/Rusev

All of these got a fair amount of build, stemming from the last ppv, and all the shows after that.

AJ/Paige has been built thru all 3 shows, So has Rollins/Ambrose same with Ziggler/Miz and Rusev/Swagger.

Jericho and Bray has been built between Raw and Smackdown

Everything else been built on Raw

And the pre show match still hasnt been decided

Even though last weeks Raw was a troll fest, look at the entire card you cannot say this hasnt been built, hell its best progression leading into a ppv all year

I just hope the set for Summerslam doesn't look like an ROH house show :pachaha:

This right here, it's probably the biggest reason Lesnar being a special attraction sucks. We all KNOW what he can do but we never really SEE it. Up until that ending, that streak match was a snooze fest:snoop:

They are honestly banking on that well done video package and the network replay of the extreme rules match to sell the main event, just some lazy , lazy fukking shyt.

I feel like Steph/Brie is the main feud.

Cena/Brock will be good, but there's no reason to really care about it. And I wouldn't be surprised if they do an exact repeat of their match from Extreme Rules.

Don't see what was so well done about it. :manny:

Both guys looked like they could care less.

Didn't sell me on the match one bit.

Granted something is better than nothing but still... I think they could have done more.

Supposed to be the 2nd most important PPV of the Year and the build-up to it has been atrocious. Ironic how they got all this budget cutting and only one nikka from Creative got deavors......that's where I would've started.

Idk I'm a sucker for when they do shyt outside of the regular wrestling shyt. I felt Brock came off more natural there then live in a ring and Cena made a good point about him only coming in for one match.

If I saw that as a casual fan Id have some interest in it, If that was a random boxing match being hyped Id have some interest:yeshrug:

I feel you but for me personally after watching that video package I just couldn't buy into either of them. The heart and the passion wasn't there for me. Brock says all the right things but he doesn't deliver it with any real conviction. And Cena came off so unphased and so lackadaisical that I couldn't buy into him either.

There aren't any real emotions fueling this thing. Just words.
