Happened in Katrina with New Orleans, Happened in Houston with Harvey. Matter of fact, there were mercenaries tailing with the Red Cross in Houston, straight up snatching up folks or killing them outright when they came looking for help. Any type of disaster event is a great excuse to utilize real time urban combat exercises..

It started with the bank bailout, that was the first sign. No matter how many bombings overseas and denigrating speeches to black people, people still believed in Obama.
