In a year and a half he has 33 posts in The Film Room, the vast majority of which are in one thread. The WGN series "Underground" thread, which I stickied. The thread went wood because the series did low numbers, nobody really watched it. It barely hit 1 mill viewers.

I don't understand why someone that claims an interest in cinema would actively avoid a sub-forum built around it. I see the deflection of "you guys don't know cinema"....but it's just that, a deflection. He didn't engage in any of the dozens of discussions, polls, nothing in that forum. The Film Room is nothing like The Booth, virtually every regular poster has an extensive knowledge of cinema, both domestic and foreign.

So, I dunno. Dude is just gonna say whatever at this point to justify his behavior, it is what it is. The Film Room is a neutral zone though. Even universally reviled posters like Napoleon get left alone in there. If he asked me to sticky his film thread when he made it, I would have. But that ship has sailed now.
