I work at a financial firm in Manhattan run by Russians. Drinking in the office during biz hours especially on fridays is normal.

I have multiple employees that supply weed, coke or what ever you could want. The person I report too, the COO smokes weed. There's about 5 people I know that stay high, never not high at work.
