Yeh that's why this was such an easy case...I mean dude just gets a milli and blows it on one purchase takes out an insurance policy double the worth and crashes the whip probably within a week.

He owns(ed)a used car lot in Lufkin. He borrowed $1 million from a friend to buy the car used , and then insured the car for $2.2 million through a collector car insurance company. He thought he would collect the insurance, pay back his friend, and keep the difference. His problem was a) he drove the car far more than his collector car insurance policy allowed(supposedly over 1,000 miles in 3 weeks of ownership), and b)he was videotaped driving it into the water.
