4 AM is pushing it. I get up a 5 AM because I'm Muslim. I start the morning with a work out, then I pray Fajr, sometimes at the mosque with other Muslim brothers. Come home and spend the rest of the time studying (math, arabic, reading), drawing/doing art, catching up on the news, before heading out for work. I like it a lot. It enables routine and prevents idleness. No one is up at this time of day and you can go on a nice walk and watch the sun rise on days off. Working out in the early morning is the GOAT.

Pre-Workout Skincare Routine - 4 am - 5 am

gym - 5 am - 6 am

morning skincare routine - 6 am - 7 am

read books - 7 am - 8 am

commute to work - 8 - 9 am​

I miss the schedule so bad. :mjcry:

4:00-4:30 AM - Struggle to get out of bed

4:30-5:00 AM - 15 minute shyt, brush teeth, put on clothes

5:30-6:50AM - Weight lifting/treadmill

7:00 - 8:00 AM - Shower, get dressed, play a game or two of super smash bros just to burn time

8:00-10:00- COMMUTE

10:00-5:00PM- Supposed to be working

5:00 PM-6:45PM - COMMUTE

After 7 -Midnight- Force myself to eat struggle meal of warmed up rotisserie and bagged vegetables. Force myself to go to sleep.

You living good breh 😮‍💨

I mean I wake up at 5 am so I can workout before work either lift+basketball or cardio
Gets that shyt out the way so I ain’t gotta worry about that after work

I feel like I need to switch to this routine. The gym too busy after work most days in my area so having a difficult time getting in consistently good workouts. Weekends I can get some good work in

Pretty good I just do it cuz of work weekends I got a home gym so I procrastinate like crazy on it but still manage to do it :russ:
