I'm not denying that he's exploiting a lane that involves making music for broads, but to me that shyts very much in-line with the type of shyt he was making pre-MMG. To me, he was clearly moving in that direction before Ross, and tbh, the shyt is very in character for the nikka so I ain't mad.

If you listened to all of the other tapes before that, you'd know this isn't what he was on.... he spent years just trying to convince people that he could rap.

I'm pretty sure he wasn't. Remember he had that back and forth with Cudi about that song no. 1 on that tape, and in an interview after that beef kicked off he was talking about how he'd fit right in with GOOD and how Kanye bit a line off the Work track.
Either way, you're right about the nikka not being nearly as successful right now if bytches weren't feeling his shyt, but to me that's not a negative. The entire shyts a hustle and he found a product that was in demand. shyts like what Jay said about sprinkling the album with joints to keep the register ringing. He's still supplementing his projects with dope ass music for dudes. On Ambition he gave us Focused, Legendary, Ambition, DC or Nothing, Chain Music, No Days Off etc. The Folarin tape had plenty of crack for dudes from Limitless to Georgetown Press. I'm not bout to get on that nikkas back for making sure he does what he needs to do number-wise to keep the label satisfied, especially when it's allowing the nikka to give us this type of shyt for free
