1. Album is a grower. Lyricism is top notch def up there with Lu and KDOT. But this album is pretty cohesive and creative with the Seinfeld themes. I'm not a fan of having the body and matrimony being the closer tracks. Album should've ended with THE PESSIMEST. Yeah but this is his best album hands down 4.5/5. I'm feeling the chopped and screwed homage to Houston. Such a hazy faded track. Wale did his thing.

I still respect him for the simple fact he has a lot of pride and he's from the DMV. I think his interviews and out-of-the-booth antics are more interesting than his music

I think Wale is one of those dudes who is a great writer but not necessarily a rapper I want to listen to.

You do seem to be more of a young thug fan.

didn't like it. wale has talent, but it just seems out of his peers he is the least creative and innovative. he follows a lyrical formula of trying to be overtly witty and complex and it just sounds corny. his beat selection is hit and miss. he just isn't consistent and the seinfeld features were corny.

wale voice irritates me like meek mill and memphis bleek...something is missing in their voices. sometimes they mesh well with the beat... they make kanye looks like a high quality flow-er/rap voice and kanye was getting clowned in the beginning...but kanye lyrics/concepts made us overlook it until he grew as a rapper.

Wale is like a superior version of Drake. Better rapper and can harmonize decently. Better song maker.

He definitely should be getting more shine than Drake honestly.

drake is a better rapper flow and voice wise....and i don't even check for drake like that.

i wouldn't want to ear wale withput the beat at all...unless spoken word, but not rapping. sometimes i don't feel his voice consistently blends with the beats like a drake, jay, kanye, ross. etc.

yeezy, jay, ross, jeezy, biggie, pac, nas, ll cool j, Eminem, carter1, carter2, older 50cent....i can listen to whole albums without their voices pissing me off even when they have some misses.
