There were some cuts on there I'd never play twice though (the partynextdoor tracks
)but certain songs were really strong like "know yourself" for instance, the beat drop was dope.

I like the production on "The Gifted" more. I think, the new album will grow on me. I like Wale.
Big Wale fan, probably have heard all of his mixtapes and albums... I do not like this album after the first listen.
I don't even think it's a grower either. His vocals on these hooks just aren't... good. He literally was singing all over this on hooks and it really brought the quality of the songs and album down a lot IMO. Should of just reached out and got real vocalists on here instead of trying to do it himself.
And why in the world would he waste a J. Cole feature on a hook?
I'm can't believe how underwhelming this project is for me
