Wale is such an all around talent and creative mind…The mainstream rap audience just never fully understood him…

After hearing this album and listening a few years later, I can understand why Wale has gone insane wondering why he isn’t more successful

Facts he truly itched for the ye type acclaim…

Yup, he was successful but he wanted to he a superstar. That hunger for recognition kind of destroyed his image and turned his base away from him. Especially when started trying to chase hits and got away from this type of music. That Cole verse was all facts.

He want the fame, the acclaim, the respect that’s been had/ By all the legends, so every time I see him, he stressin’.
