Looking at it again, I understand what the nikka was trying to represent. The background is city life for the underprivileged trying to shine out here, and out of the trappings of that shyt emerged (in his mind) greatness/a gifted dude as depicted by the type of thing legendary figures in world history are given to memorialize their greatness (a statue). Something about the execution though makes the shyt look weird as fukk though. It might've been better for him to have himself represented by like a Bob Marley like mural type picture instead of a Leonardo DaVinci type of statue. That shyt looks odd.
