20-30 miles a week with structured training can place you in the top 5%-10% of most 5k/10k/Half-Marathons. Ain’t nothing “baby” about that. This is coming off as a humble brag.

@TAYLONDO SAMSWORTHY congrats breh. 55 miles in a day is some insane shyt. I say that as someone who runs 100-150 miles a month. Continue living an active lifestyle my brother.
