reasons but because it was basically kids watching kids and the most unprofessional shyt I've ever seen. It was like a McDonald's detention center. They emailed me about a director's position but couldn't come close to what I make at the prison. Sat for 2 hrs waiting to be seen,Hell the security company offered me a job. I can put money I'd probably be the oldest person there at 40 and you can tell. Dude interviewing me was cursing saying yea nikka shyt aight here ain't no bytches though overtime super straight. Mind you this is HR and the facility director. He stops the interview to take phone calls and even go holla at his boy in the hallway I'm looking like
are you going at least turn off the music during the interview
Then one of the female 'officers" gets into a fight with one of the patients and them challenges her to call her mom so they could fight in the parking lot
I told the guy thank you for his time and walked myself out
