BRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKLLLLLYYYYYNNNN
You need to think about the long game breh. If you have beef with a coworker, especially another manager don’t even disagree with them or act upset. Create multiple dating profiles with their name and picture and have them on some wild shyt. Find a way to expose the profiles to other employees but make sure it doesn’t lead back to you. Use a VPN. Reinforce their social media posts it by hiring a cheap sex worker or someone to come looking for them at work or home. Like, if it’s some morally upright white bread guy, have a ugly tranny make a scene claiming he gave it a STD. :dame:

Preserve your energy, letting someone get your blood pressure to sky rocket, when you could be thinking about :ehh: Westbrook really averaged a triple double in a season, but what if I had invented those red astro boys during that time, would I be courtside sitting in them :russ:

@Rusty$hackleford I work in the corporate world in the military industrial complex. I'm senior level, black and still young. Its a dirty game :yeshrug:
Hey brother, I hear you. I'm black in corporate world too, not as high as you on the totem. I'm just eh, surprised at the tactics, but I respect the tenacity. As black man I'll never tear down what another brother gotta do to survive in corp, as long as he ain't tearing down or doing at the expense of kinfolk. I'll ignore those that soft shoe to a degree, but that's certainly not my way.

You care too much to argue in front of subordinates

The bag is more important than your ego
You let somebody challenge you face to face at your job and you just "walk away", they going to get the bag and you not.

All that don't argue shyt is cool...to you...but you not the one listening to the dude who "won" the argument brag about how he sonned you an the 2pm executive meeting that I am in.

You're battling for dominance at work. Stand your ground and leave it, the more back and forth you do.. the more feminine your frame becomes.

And who gives a fukk about bragging rights, my check is still getting cut. I'm not looking for lifelong friends at work. I'm looking to perform well to increase my wages. Not to be the coolest guy in the room that the secretaries lust after.

You're looking at it wrong.

To go even deeper learning to just take an L is one thing I've had to learn. Just deal with it early and move on whether it's an argument, bad interaction, relationship, etc. It's often not even an L but It feels like it at the time.

True indeed breh, I keep my distance from them and they lose my trust. I mean from what I can observe, but one can really never know, you are right. So best I can be is inaccessible to them, invulnerable. I pity them tho more than anything, but I give some benefit of doubt

This actually goes back to slavery. Black men invented being cool - literally. And it is a skill. A survival skill. It’s been passed down through generations.

I remember reading a whole paper on this. During slavery black men had to reclaim their masculinity in the face of deadly consequences by maintaining composure and being willing to walk away from fukk shyt. Emotionally reacting would get you tortured and killed back then.

There’s a book on the history of it as well. Black Cool: One Thousand Streams of Blackness

Here’s an article:

@IllmaticDelta can prob shed some light on this
So being pussified is a skill? or did they play cool just to get their lick back?
