One of my favorite things about NYC is how walkable it is.
Haven't been to a gym since March 2020 and today I was still able to walk up the Broadway Junction stairs AND run for the train right after and wasn't gassed, I still got it brehs

Walking is a great exercise. Low impact, free, and doesn't require any equipment.
Done regularly, great way to get or stay in shape.
