Everybody knows working at Walmart stinks. It's not some hidden secret. She didn't expose nothing nobody already knew. Some jobs are just like that. Nothing is gonna change. It's not gonna get better. They will just hire somebody else.
The only thing she did right was quitting before Black Friday.
Truth is the best day in my life is the day I realized working retail fukking sucks. I didn't make an announcement. I just went home and didn't go back. I had an epiphany. I was like
I can make more money not working here.

At least they are paying them more.. in 2012 I was making $8.25 an hour working at Target.
Management is probably terrible because there's a low level requirement to get the job in the first place.. and unqualified people rise in ranks, become managers etc..
At least that's my opinion. Any shyt walmart employees deal with it's mostly from other employees or management, because they sure don't interact with customers!

They just make whoever manager. The person didn't even ask for it.
Manager is whoever is stupid enough to be held responsible for all this extra work for the smallest if increases in pay.

fukk Walmart, I stopped shopping there awhile ago and am glad I did. They and amazon are the most evil companies in this country.
