This makes me happy.

On another note: I LOVE the fact that dude started out on the loading dock. Makes me think that if the entry level wasn't so oppressive, it would perfect to run all the employees through the entire corporate ladder before putting them in charge (even if it was a six month "training" rotation for higher level hires. Make em work the register for a month, stock for a month, etc.).

Unless McMillon is able to make drastic strategic and cultural changes, Walmart as we know it will be a thing of the past in the next 15 years. If that seems impossible, consider that Sears (SHLD) was the country’s top merchant from 1950 until 1988. Today Sears is the 41st largest retailer by revenue and was recently named the 7th worst company to work for in the U.S.
