No those organizations deal with member countries.

The BIS deals with central banks and international financial institutions.

There's a clear difference.

BIS is about the control of the money system.

They are not giving out loans to countries.
My guy, you really need to take the time to read what you are talking about.
BIS deals with central banks and international financial institutions.
IMF deals with central banks, its board of governors are the head of the nations central bank or treasury.
There is no difference.
BIS mission statement : Our mission is to support central banks' pursuit of monetary and financial stability through international cooperation, and to act as a bank for central banks.
IMF mission statement: The IMF has three critical missions: furthering international monetary cooperation, encouraging the expansion of trade and economic growth, and discouraging policies that would harm prosperity. IMF functions as a International lender of last resort.

I think your confusion comes in because you seriously don't understand what a central bank outside of the ECB, central banks typically are tied to a sovereign nation and are nationalized, that is they are loans to nations.

Just arguing to argue.

I have given too much evidence.. aight breh
You literally didn't give any evidence that contradicted anything I said.
Outside of you walking back the central bank for central banks nonsense you said earlier.
You still ignore that the IMF and the BIS has essentially the same mission and the same clientele.
I feel for you, because you would rather argue knowing you are flat out wrong, than take time to read and learn what you are talking about.

Well said. Pretty much what both siders were aiming for.
:childplease:

:duck:

By the time you just get back to where you were as a country before Trump it will be passed your natural lifetime. I hope you had all the foresight to be that selfless in your long term plan but I highly doubt it.

Someone got to give props to whichever person (Nostradamus)predicted China being the new super power.. we didn't see it back then but now we see exactly how it happens. A blundering fool gave them the ball and they ran with it.... :whoa:

It's a new era.

AP American history in 2100 is going to be WILD :skip:
It's really just a repetition of history. Nothing new.

In the elections in the late 1800s, President McKinley rallied for the exact same things Trump did in 2020. And billionaires like Jay Gould , JP Morgan, and Rockefeller acted exactly like Elon and funded the campaign. A bunch of billionaires basically got together and convinced the vast majority of the country who were poor factory or farm workers to vote in favor of tax cuts, less worker protections, tariffs, and corporate monopolies.

The similarities here are stark . It's just a shame that we had to relive McKinley's part of history. Hopefully our grandchildren will get to live through Teddy or Theo clones that fix Trump's mess in year 2040 :francis:
