I'm behind on Falcon and the Winter Soldier and don't care to finish it. Super mid. Wandavision was a compelling puzzle box before it became your typical Marvel joint at the end.

I'll take W&S tbh. Wandavision was just fun for theorizing even though I came away caring a lot more about Vision and Wanda by the end of it.

I felt Wanda was a tighter show and more consistent while Falcon had higher highs but lower lows.

Had falcon cut the pandemic/GRC story line and made it mainly about the USAgent vs Black Cap with the racial undertones and all, and Sam dealing with his past wile Zemo was egging him on, I think it would’ve been a bit stronger.

Wandavision was better. The story line was more captivating. Elizabeth Olsen carries the show in her series (her grief and her mental state being the central theme) whereas Sam is moreso a character in an ensemble. WV connected with fans more as well. That doesn’t mean FATWS was wack. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I just wished they spent just as much time creating a detailed narrative for Sam as they did for Wanda. Episode One of FATWS was godly though. His desert fight scene is movie quality. I wish he was fighting like that throughout the show. I was annoyed that he kept getting his ass beat. Overall I’d give Wandavision a 8.5 (out of 10) and FATWS a 7.5 (out of 10).

TFATWS with a narrow win. WB had higher creativity and far grander ideas. TFATWS was more consistent throughout and was a greater technical achievement.

If WV had a better director and managed to resolve the season better it would have won, but as things stand the sub-par latter episodes and the bland direction lead to a loss.

WV had higher highs and a much better story from start to finish, but had too many red herrings and plot points left up in the air by the end of the series (Not to mention the finale felt like a bit of a letdown).

FATWS was more consistent throughout and had better cinematography, action sequences, and character arcs (For Sam, Bucky, Isaiah Bradley, and Walker) as well as enough intrigue to warrant a return down the line (Either with a 2nd season or Cap 4). They dropped the ball HARD with Karli and The Flagsmashers though.

I give the narrow win to FATWS. Both were impacted hard by the pandemic, but FATWS worked better overall with less than WV

Bland direction? Everyone is hyped about Wanda Maximoff they want Dr Strange 2 out right now..no-one is sure if she's gonna help Strange or if she's gonna heel it up to get her kids back.
