Wanna do a juice fast

Anybody here ever did one...yo boy was in a car accident and on bed rest for 2 months and got a little I bought a juicer from a cac lady on Craigslist for $25 I saw that fat sick and nearly died documentary on Netflix and now I wanna do a juice fast...anybody ever did one? What was the results? And don’t jump in this thread telling me the health risks of doing it I already know...

It’s good for a jump start but it can get wack after a while. My juicer is a pain in the ass to clean, so if I decide to juice, I make a couple different flavoers and store them in mason jars. Also, you can get sick of drinking liquids. You may want a different texture.

A friend of mines did a juice drink and ate raw vegetables (steamed and cooked) when he did eat...mofo lost 50 pounds in 2 months nikka wearing V neck shirts after being fat his whole life...

Not eating or eating “less” is damn near unrealistic I can’t do this fakkit eat 6 small meals a day shyt... I’m Haitian I eat till I’m full...and that’s a big ass plate of rice and beans with chicken in sauce
