As for the nations you listed, both Australia and UAE are outliers among British colonies for their natural resources. Singapore as a financial hub is similar to how luxemburg is different from rest of EU and is not a standard nation.
Please note India, east africa, malaysia, south africa, and Egypt as former colonies as well because these represent the fate of the avg brittish colony after the empire was split.
