Sucks but all they had to do was click no more transaction and theives wouldnt been able to get their money.
This is a design flaw. It's way too easy for a user to not understand this. Being forced to insert your card and keep it there until your transactions are finished is fail proof.

Thats wild. Usually you have to re tap/re insert to do another transaction, at least on BofA ATMs. Chase needs to fix this with a software update.

That’s super fukked up. It shouldn’t be on the customers to understand all the ends and outs of your machines. Either fix that shyt or give them their money back without hassle. I’m happy with my banks but if I every needed a new one I would never go to chase as long as I live just because of how they treated these people:yeshrug:
