Man fukk Chase. They tried to freeze my shyt with over 10k in it and not tell me why. I had to go up there and demand my money and literally had to stay from open to close telling these folks I’m not leaving till they give me my shyt. Then I find out a year later they got me red listed or black listed in they system. And the reason the shyt happened was someone forgot to check some box for a check I deposited cause it wasn’t a normal check. So because of they fukk up, and no fault of my own, they tried to steal my money then banned me from ever having an account. On everything I love, they some hoes

Chase and other ATMs is to blame for this for shytty design, it should not me ambiguous whether their account is automatically logged out or not for withdrawals, they should have some sort of notice up telling customers PLEASE LOG OUT AFTER MAKING YOUR WITHDRAWAL, or deigned the ATM to require a tap for each withdrawal.

When people insert the card it probably requires a PIn or additioanl card swipe for search withdrawal, people that were using tap most likely didn't know that it's not like the cheap reader, and kept them logged in. This kind of stuff should be consistent.

Yup its a bad look for a company that likes to advertise itself as a technology company as well as a financial company.

They really should be getting sued for that shyt

I ain't use an outside ATM in years... and chase's attitude toward getting scammed is a large reason why.

Other banks would treat you the same way, use debit get scammed its your own fault:scust:

I really don't use ATM's much these days..... do yall? Like, even the lil local joints around here take cards now. I never really need cash for anything. It's incredibly rare.

And if I do, I damn sure finish the transaction and make sure I see the screen reset to "Insert Card to Begin" before I just walk the fukk off :mjlol:
