I don't Understand why you needed to use someone else's bank account to do a withdrawal and pay them a $53 fee when in the beginning of your post you say that if you want to do a withdrawal and take the money out and pay the $53 fee it will work.

OP convert all your funds in to bitcoin using cashapp. Then transfer that bitcoin to your coinbase account were you can withdraw it.

There are ways to move the money easy but I wont get into that on an open forum.
