He essentially won him the ring because the Spurs weren't the same after that heart wrenching defeat in game 6 not too mention it's extremely hard to win a game 7 on the road. Mentally and emotionally the Spurs were done. I never saw them winning game 7 after losing game 6 in the fashion they did. It was close until the end but Cleveland was in the drivers seat and had supreme confidence going into that game and that's why they won.

When he was pissed at the offense not being run through him and Kyrie and Waiters being too selfish he would just take whole possessions chilling in the corner and blowing defensive assignments. If he doesn't like the offensive strategy or is unhappy he'll let it be known on court.
