Blatt made many mistakes from matchups to play calling and that's just in game shyt...who knows about practice film and behind the scenes...so yea it does work like that because he is gone

He isn't here cause the Cavs front office is incompetent and allows LeBron to run over them. Respected franchises don't do shyt like this, especially considering they were #1 in their conference. Thats unprecedented. LeBron tried the same shyt with Spo and Riley shut that shyt down asap.

The Cavs didn't have a choice if the players aren't responding but I still feel Blatt was dealt a bad hand. He's death with injuries, ego, and pieces that are struggling to fit. But it's not like the team was struggling and I don't see Tyronn pushing them over the top

Spo should have been gone too...a better coach and the heat probably have one more chip and Bron still in place. Cavs front office let it be known from the get a chip is what the goal was. Incompetent would be to say u want to achieve something like that but yet allow an inexperienced clearly wet behind the ears coach stay at the helm. It would be incompetent to expect results from lack of action...your hate has u emotional and not respecting this is a business and when a goal has been decided upon things that hinder the pursuit of that goal must go.
