David Lee might be a game changer for the Warriors since he's the only big they have that is a legitimate threat in the post. The Warriors offense ran much better with him in the game, but we'll see if the Cavs adjust.
This Cavs offence will improve if this happens. Lebron hasnt been efficient in this series partly because he misses makeable bunnies and partly because Bogut and Green are providing good protection around the rim. Put in Lee in for extended minutes and he will burn them for 50 to 60points with Mozgov also going for 25+

Playing Lee means Mozgov can be on the floor, Cavs rebounding advantage gets even bigger if they play Lee more.

Lee is a decent rebounder and would be far more effective than bogut. Bogut is in over his head this series. If Green could hit an open jumper, then the small ball lineup would be fine. But he's been off for so many months now :mjcry

Folks are talking about bringing in Lee means Mozgov/thompson have a rebounding advantage, doesn't really matter at this point? What great defense and rebounding are they getting from Draymond and Bogut who are getting bullied anyway, and don't match up with Lebron (who defensively is most important) ? Lee is a better pick and roll guy (which helps curry tremendously) and gives them better spacing to find better shots in the paint or kick out to an open shooter, which is Golden State's MO.

Neither Curry or Clay are major threats at driving to the basket for easy shots/FTs, so as long as Dray Day is making brick houses from 3s (in the PnR), and Bogut doing nothing then Lee (as long as he doesn't get into major foul trouble, that's the big if for him) gives them better spacing and opportunity to pick the pace up. :yeshrug:
GS ha out rebounded them 2 of 3 games

And Draymond is playing great d

Total. Compare rebounds for Dray/Bogut and Mozgov/thompson and does this hold up? And if Dray isn't locking up Lebron, then how effective is it?:yeshrug:Its certainly not keeping thompson from the offensive boards.
